There are five main ways to get up-to-date tracking information on your latest order(s).
After an order is placed you will receive a series of emails:
Email #1 - confirms the order was received
Email #2 - confirms the order shipped and contains your tracking information
Click on the tracking number listed in Email #2 and it will take you to the UPS or FedEx tracking details web page.
2. Chat on joegrooming.com
The Chat can be found by clicking on the bubble in the bottom right corner of the joegrooming.com website.
If you ordered while signed into your joegrooming.com account:
Sign into your account, click the "Order Status" section in the chat, click the order you would like to track and you will be redirected to tracking web page.
If you ordered as guest on joegrooming.com:
Click the "Order Status" section in the chat, enter your order # and email address used during checkout (order # is found in the confirmation email delivered to your inbox upon ordering) and you will be redirected to tracking web page.
This process is only available to those who ordered while signed into his/her joegrooming.com account
Sign into your joegrooming.com account and click "account" in the top right corner of the joegrooming.com website. Select the order you would like to track and you will be redirected to the tracking web page.
4. Text Message
During checkout you can select the option of receiving tracking details by text by entering your cell phone number into the phone number field.
5. Facebook Messenger
During checkout you can select the option of receiving tracking details by Facebook Meesenger by connecting and selecting your facebook account.
